Dr. Raymond Omollo, is the Principal Secretary for Ministry of Interior and National Administration. He serves on the CA Board in his capacity as the Principal Secretary.

He holds a PhD in Applied Statistics from the University of Nairobi. He has over 16 years of experience and previously served as a non-executive board member at Consolidated Bank of Kenya and Managing Director of the Lake Basin Development Authority (LBDA) since 2019.

Dr. Omollo is a statistician and research professional and has previously worked in the non-profit non-profit Reseach and Development organization management industry with a keen focus in Data Management, Statistical Data Analysis, Epidemiology, and Statistical Modeling. He was appointed on 2nd November 2022
