Board Chairperson and Director General Visit CA Exhibition Booth at Mashujaa Thematic Week in Eldoret

CA Board Chairperson Charles Karondo and Director General David Mugonyi today visited the Authority's exhibition booth at Eldoret National Polytechnic during the 2026 Mashujaa Day Thematic Week.

The Chairperson and the Director General toured CA's showcase, which highlights digital connectivity initiatives at the heart of Kenya's digital transformation.

The exhibition gives members of the public direct access to information on communications services and their rights as consumers. Visitors can also raise concerns about service quality, affordability, online safety and other emerging issues in the ICT sector.

The Authority is also using the platform to create awareness of the Licence Management System, its new online portal for applying for all CA services.

Feedback gathered at the exhibition will inform the Authority's regulatory initiatives on consumer empowerment, digital connectivity and online safety.
