The Communications Authority of Kenya (CA) is the regulatory authority for the ICT industry in Kenya with responsibilities in telecommunications, e-commerce, broadcasting and postal/courier services. CA is also responsible for managing the country’s numbering and frequency spectrum resources as well as safeguarding the interests of consumers in the ICT sector.
The Authority, in accordance with the national values and the values of public service enshrined in the Constitution, and the provisions of the Statutory Instruments Act, No. 23 of 2013, invites stakeholders and members of the public to comment on “Proposed Quality of Service (QoS) Parameters for Courier Operators”.
The said proposed QoS parameters can be accessed on the Authority’s website through the following link: http://www.ca.go.ke/index.php/public-consultations.
Interested persons are hereby invited to submit written representation and/or comments on the proposed QoS parameters by and not later than 6th March, 2017 through the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org. Inputs and views should indicate the specific proposed quality of service parameter.
