Before choosing a mobile phone service and perhaps sign a contract consumer may wish to know what the various offers and services are and what they mean. Consumers should consider some factors in making a purchasing decision. The Authority has compiled some information on this issue with particular reference to Kenyan situation. This information is intended to enable consumers have a good understanding of the factors to consider when choosing a mobile phone service in Kenya and hence enable consumers in making better decisions regarding ICT products and services.
